About Me
My name is Amy and I am a landscape and wildlife photographer living in Maryland. However, my genre often expands to include anything with a beautiful scene as the backdrop.
I am an accountant by day, but my enjoyment of the outdoors and my passion for the creative arts has led me to pursue photography. I am constantly in awe of the beauty I see around me and I have been blessed with the ability to capture it with my camera.
I love spending time outdoors, whether it be hiking, paddle boarding, horseback riding, or taking a spontaneous road trip. You can find me outside at sunset every day excited by the opportunity to see a beautifully painted sky, an eagle or the raindrops on vibrant flower.
I am especially captivated by the moon and stars and will be out looking for a dark sly to capture the magic of the full moon. I’m also a mom of 2 and I love being able to share these experiences with my kids. They are also the perfect subjects for my candid scenic photography.
My hope is that my creative works allow me to share and convey those feelings to others. I hope my photos help you to see the beauty that surrounds us all (even if you can’t get out to see it yourself) and to help you feel uplifted, seen, heard and supported.

Meet the Photographer
In addition to being a photographer, I am also a musician and a writer. Photography, music, and writing help me connect the beauty I see around me with the things I feel within me.
To keep a long story short(er), I’ve been through some dark times and time outside as well as being able to express myself through my art has been what has helped me the most.
